Broker/Realtor/ABR/SRS/ALHS/SFR/ePRO

I obtained my real estate license in 1997 after a career in property management. I have a broad knowledge of every aspect of the real estate market and the process from the beginning to a successful close at the end. I hold designations in Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and certifications in Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and e-Pro (Marketing and Technology). Throughout my 20+ years in the business, I have been involved in resale homes, new homes, and working the back end of a transaction in coordination and escrow. I know what is take to get the deal done! I take each transaction personally and give you the care and respect you deserve in what can be a very stressful undertaking…it is my goal to make it fun and memorable. I have bought and sold many of my own personal properties and moved across a city, a state and the country…so I get it!

I am ready to help you achieve your goals...whether it is buying a new home, upsizing, downsizing, leasing, or finding an investment property. I am an expert in buying and selling homes...including pricing guidelines, advertising, finding buyers/sellers and insuring the easiest listing and selling process available.

And most importantly, I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated...no games, no gimmicks...just honesty and ethics!
